Worth (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how information is handled when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Worth is designed with privacy in mind.
Your expense records, notes, moods, categories, and analytics are stored locally on your device by default. We do not operate a central server that collects or stores your personal spending data.
Certain optional features, such as subscriptions and Google Drive backups, may require limited information to be processed by trusted third-party service providers.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Worth stores information locally on your device to provide its core functionality.
This may include:
- Expense records
- Amounts and spending categories
- Mood and reflection entries
- Notes and custom categories
- App preferences and settings
- Statistics and insights generated from your data
This information remains on your device unless you choose to export or back up your data.
3. Google Drive Backup (Optional)
Worth offers an optional backup feature that allows you to store your data in your personal Google Drive account.
If you choose to enable backups:
- You will be asked to sign in with your Google account
- Worth will request permission to create, access, and manage backup files associated with the app
- Backup files are stored in your Google Drive account
- We do not have access to your Google Drive contents beyond the permissions required to provide the backup feature
You may revoke Google Drive access at any time through your Google account settings.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Worth offers optional premium features through in-app purchases.
Subscription management and purchase validation are provided by RevenueCat.
RevenueCat may process limited information such as:
- Purchase identifiers
- Subscription status
- Device-related identifiers required for purchase validation
We do not receive or store your payment card information.

Worth may use analytics services, including PostHog, to understand how the app is used and to improve the user experience.
Analytics data may include:
- Feature usage

- General interaction events within the app
We do not use analytics services to collect the contents of your expense records, notes, moods, or other personal spending data stored locally on your device unless explicitly stated within the app.

We take reasonable measures to help protect information handled by the Services.
Because your data is stored primarily on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, operating system, and backup accounts.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
Worth can be used by people of all ages.
If you are under the age required to consent to data processing in your country, you should use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.
If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

Because most data is stored locally on your device, you can generally delete your data directly from the app or by uninstalling the app.
